Meet our collection that showcases the spirit of FentVi.

Rødder, is more than a wine; it’s the realization of a vision that’s been fermenting in Sergio’s mind for years.

In the world of Mallorcan whites, he felt something was missing – a wine with unapologetically high acidity, a bold character that dared to stand apart.

This wine is his dream, crafted to defy expectations, bringing a sharp, vibrant edge to the landscape. Rødder, meaning “roots” in Danish, is also a nod to Christian, one-third of our team but more than anything, it speaks to the foundation of FentVi, and to Sergio’s belief in creating something real, raw, and full of life. Each sip tells the story of daring to fill a gap, to chase an idea, and to finally bring it to the table.

Negrella is a wine born from the forgotten, a tribute to the lost whispers of Cas Concos.

The grape that gives this wine its name, Callet Negrella – or Callet de Cas Concos, as the locals know it – was nearly erased from memory, hidden in the tangles of one of Mallorca’s oldest, abandoned vineyards. But sometimes, what’s buried holds the richest secrets.

In the ancient vines of that field, long overlooked, this rare variety endured, waiting for someone with the curiosity – or the audacity – to bring it back. The vineyard’s age was its promise, drawing us to test the vines in this very soil. And from it, Negrella emerged: a wine that carries the depth of ages past and the mystery of a grape that defied time itself. Each glass is a revival, a nod to the beauty of what survives against all odds, rooted in the uncharted and made for those ready to rediscover.

Moneot, isn’t just a rosé; it’s our experiment in balance.

Crafted from the same grapes as our white wine but in different proportions, Moneot is a wine that embodies the Mallorcan spirit of “Fer es moneot.” In local slang, Fer es moneot means “fooling around” or “making a fool of yourself” but in a playful and often positive way. It’s also tied to the Mallorcan card game “Truc”, where the “Moneot” card (in Sineu and surroundings) in reality is only second-best but often beats the best card with a surprising twist. This wine captures that same spirit: a wine that might not be the best in the world but probably is, if you share it with your people in your groove.

Moneot is for those who dare to take risks, who aren’t afraid to laugh at life, and who know that sometimes the real joy lies in turning the tables. Raise a glass to the second-best that steals the show, embrace the playful spirit of the monkey and experience Moneot!

In the heart of Mallorca, there’s a vineyard so old it feels woven into the soul of the earth. At 88, Miquel is the last of the concos — the brothers of Pla de Buc who worked this land with calloused hands and stubborn hearts. Since he was a boy, alongside his three brothers and his fiery sister, , Miquel learned that life doesn’t give anything for free; you carve it out of the land with grit and patience.

Now, only he and Jerónima, remain, the final sparks of a family born from this tough land. Jerónima’s daughter, Marilena, the only child among them all, has found her way back to the vineyard, seeing what others don’t: the beauty in each wrinkle of the vines, the resilience in soil that has survived storms and droughts. And through her, Miquel finds a way to pass on his legacy.

Based on this background it only made sense to name the wine Els concos des Pla de Buc, honoring the siblings who gave their lives to this land. It’s a bold wine, like the vines that birthed it, and each sip carries the memory of the brothers, the laughter of Jerónima, and the reminder that true happiness lies right here, in the earth beneath our feet.

In a world bound by rules, there’s always someone who dares to fly above them. Vinaters eteris is that wine.

Born from the elusive Vinater grape, it’s a wine that shouldn’t be – at least, not officially. See, the Vinater grape isn’t yet regulated, so this orange-hued spirit can’t be called “Mallorcan wine.” But when you’re making something this raw, this alive, who cares what they call it?

The label bears a pair of wings – half-angel, half-rebel – with a splash of vivid orange, an ode to the freedom woven into every bottle. Those wings speak to what the wine really is: a renegade in a glass. It’s a taste of independence, defying what’s “allowed” in favor of what’s true. Each sip reminds you that rules may bind the world, but some creations are meant to soar beyond them.
